This shirt as bizarre as it looks is based off of a proposed new Bolivian flag which is designed to better represent the native peoples by using an Inca design.

I also need to thank 'adam--x7' from the Colours-of-Football forums for allowing me to use his idea of the differently shaded chequer marks.
