Roazhon Keltia

This was done for the same competition as the Northern Quarter kits I previous posted but this time focusing on France and a team from Rennes. Roazhon is the local Breton name for Rennes and Keltia is obviously the Breton word for Celtic, of which there are a lot of cultural links.

The design is adapted from Star Trek uniforms, not even joking.
